Intraocular lenses? When i first read that, i thought it was something to do with your camera, haha, i take it they're contacts?

I used contacts for 15 years until I got tired, so I decided to have surgery and my doctor decided that the best option were the IOLs (tiny lenses that are placed on the iris and under the cornea).

About 1.400 american dollars each. But it was 4 years ago, and in Argentina, so I'm not sure how much are there in other places. I remember the lenses were from Ireland... I have this ones: [link]

Oh cool!
I really want/need some now! I should wear glasses, but my nose is huge and i look like one of those joke shop disguises, haha

Do you know if they work with astigmatism? :S
Because you know, astigmatism corrects itself if you wear glasses for a while...at least that's what i heard! So maybe not.. :S
